Been sending my dog here for dog training, vet care and daycare since she was 5 months old. The staff at the store are amazing. Cassie, heads the daycare, is awesome! She cares a lot and knows each animals' personality and temperament. She really goes out of her way to make each dog feel special from setting up agility courses to celebrating doggie birthday parties. Andrea, the manager and her staff, are very knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend this place.

Just moved to Chicago recently. Did my research looking for a groomer for our Pomeranian- landed on this one. Saw the recent review + photo about her pleasant experience and CUTE Pom. Haley just so happened to be the groomer we were scheduled with anyways. Haley did a stellar job, was timely, and communicative. Our dog looks, feels, and smells amazing. She said he behaved just fine- that’s not the feedback we typically receive from our previous groomers 😬 this leads me to believe that Haley’s got the magic touch and calming energy, not that my dog is somehow an angel haha Overall: I’m a happy dog mom and will be a regular from this point forward. Reception staff was also lovely (forgetting her name) and just good vibes in there. Thanks for all you do! Y’all deserve a raise Update: 2 years later and we still live Kriser’s. Haley no longer works there but Bruno is THE BEST.

We’ve been bringing our Pomeranian here to be groomed for months and every single time he has turned out perfect!!! We see Haley and she does such a great job, especially because our dog can have some anxiety when he gets groomed and she’s always super mindful of making him feel safe when he goes back. I would absolutely recommend seeing Haley for any dog but especially if you have a Pomeranian or another breed with a unique coat!! The whole team is great and Haley is so talented and truly a gem!

Love Kriser’s, huge fan! We always get vouchers for money off anything in our email for being in the rewards program. They have a variety of hides that are often discounted. We had our dog’s nails ground for the first time there and the groomer was extremely kind and patient with our pup. I’ve never had a bad experience when going in, all the staff are friendly!

This is by far the cutest Kriser’s in Chicago! They go above and beyond to decorate for every holiday! Absolutely love going here to see all of the new decorations and events they have going on. On top of that they’re incredibly informative on new products and have the nicest people working here! Thanks for the enjoyable experience!

Junior did my dog’s groom and on our walk home, someone said “that’s a ridiculously cute dog!!” Thank you, Junior! I took my 7 y/o 25 lb dog here who was admittedly matted around his ears (he is a cocker spaniel and gets his ears into everything). When I brought him in, Junior mentioned his undercoat did have some matting. I expressed my concerns in not wanting my dog to be shaven down around his body, and they listened and gave him a summer coat which is 1/4 an inch - the longest they could do given some body tangles in his curls. He did have to go through a bit of dematting. I favor when my dog keeps longer length cuts, and 1/4 inch is a bit shorter than I’d like but also completely understand that sometimes cutting or shaving down to a shorter length is better than putting my dog through the pain of extreme combing and dematting, and I appreciate that Kriser was honest about that!

The Bucktown location is the best! They are always kind and helpful, and I know I can trust the products they are selling. Dune loves stopping by! They gave us a “Gotcha Day” cookie on her adoption day, and she passed out surrounded by her new toys from there!

I used the self-wash option here, and booking online was quick and easy. All I had to do was agree to the terms and upload a vaccination document. The wash station was clean and spacious, and it included shampoo, conditioner, two towels, an air dryer, and aprons to help you stay clean. I only saw two self-wash stations available. It was $15 and they had a $5 off special. I will for sure be returning !

I came into the store and the store attendant was so helpful, professional, and most important loving to my sweet baby girl who was definitely shaking her down for treats!! She helped me set up my account, helped me with my purchase, gave me information about the self wash bundles, helped me find Nulo products and was an overall joy and breath of fresh air! I wouldn't say I have ever had a negative experience at any Kriser's location, but this location is definitely superb in terms of their customer service! Pictures of the little nugget attached.
